EACR-Akoya Spatial Phenotyping Award
Gain a new perspective for your tumor-immune profiling projects
About this Award
This award program, exclusively for members of the European Association of Cancer Research, provided the opportunity for an EACR researcher involved in deep immune profiling projects to gain a new perspective on their research through the power of the PhenoCycler™ system.
Announcing the Award Recipient
Akoya Biosciences and the EACR Committee would like to express our thanks to all the researchers who submitted applications for this award program. The quality of abstracts was very high, and the review team had a challenging task. After careful consideration we are pleased to announce the award recipient is:

Project Summary: Spatial analysis of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes infiltration demonstrates significant changes in neoadjuvant chemotherapy treated breast cancer patients that can only be identified in spatial context. These changes are moreover specific to the type of response. The PhenoCycler immune profiling panel will allow a more detailed characterization of the tumor immune microenvironment. This will identify patients with/without activation of the immune response and help tailor additional therapy after surgery.
Congratulations Noemie!
